Our Health Guarentee
At Printz Basin Goldens, we are committed to raising exceptional English Cream Golden Retrievers in a loving family environment. We take pride in breeding healthy AKC Golden Retrievers with champion bloodlines, lovable character, excellent temperament and premium health. All of our dogs have extensive health screenings and carry health certificates for Heart, Eyes, Hips and Elbows. Because we are confident in the health of our dogs and puppies, we offer a 2 year Health Guarantee.

Guarantee is void if:

- We guarantee our puppies for up to two-years against moderate or severe hip dysplasia or grade II or III elbow dysplasia.
- If dysplasia is suspected, we require an OFA preliminary certificate and original x-rays.
- We have a two-year heart guarantee on any puppy found to have a severe heart murmur (Grade 5/6 or 6/6). The diagnosis must be confirmed by a letter to breeder from a reputable licensed veterinary cardiologist stating that in his/her opinion this condition is congenital.
- We have a two-year guarantee against any congenital eye disease. If there is an eye defect, the diagnosis must be confirmed by a letter to breeder from a reputable licensed veterinarian ophthalmologist stating that in his/her opinion this condition is congenital.
- If a genetic defect as listed above is found, the breeder will refund the purchase price of the puppy.
- We also reserve the right to acquire DNA to determine that the dog or puppy is one of our lineages.
- The puppy must be returned to the breeder at buyer’s expense. Breeder will not be held liable for any expenses incurred by buyer, including but not limited to veterinarian bills and transportation costs.
- The breeder makes no guarantees regarding the loss of the puppy due to accidental death, theft, sickness due to lack of vaccinations, etc., or any other loss beyond the Breeder’s control except as stated above.
Guarantee is void if:
- You allow your dog to become obese or underfed at any time.
- There is evidence of neglect or abuse.
- There is trauma that includes broken bones, injuries, and accidents.
- The dog has been bred.
